Membership & Pricing

At RIVA Health, we believe in care that’s consistent, transparent, and centered around you. Our annual membership model means you’ll always know what to expect—no surprise bills, no rushed appointments—just thoughtful, unhurried care designed to support your ongoing wellness.

Annual Membership Fees

  • Adults (18+) – $4,200 per year

  • Spouse – $3,600 per year

  • Young Adult (Dependents aged 18–25) – $800 per year

  • Child (Dependents) – $600 per year

Your Membership Includes:

  • Unlimited in-person or virtual visits for non-insured services

  • A comprehensive annual health assessment to understand your whole-body wellness

  • Direct access to your Nurse Practitioner for questions, guidance, and follow-up

  • Support for forms, documentation, and preventative planning

  • Care coordination with specialists, diagnostics, and allied providers when needed

What’s Not Covered:

  • Prescription medications, specialized testing, or imaging not performed in-clinic

  • Specialized procedures at external facilities

  • Medical Aesthetics and botox

  • Travel Medicine Services

Our annual membership model applies to services not covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP).
